Calabash Welcomes New Executive Chef

We are delighted to announce the appointment of Chef Nicholas as our new Executive Chef.  

Born and raised in Vancouver, Canada, Nicholas gained a passion for cooking at a young age. He joins us with over two decades’ experience working in Michelin-starred restaurants across Europe, and in Asia at various properties within the Landis Group. He is a World Master Chef Member, WSET Certified and a Chinese Pastry Master.  

In his new role, Chef Nicholas will continue to champion local, seasonal product, maintaining Calabash’s strong relationship with local suppliers and spending time on the hotel’s organic farm in the north of the island.
