Adriano Venturini, Culinary Director of Eden Roc Cap Cana, will be joined by Michelin-starred Executive Chef of the Hotel Santa Caterina in Amalfi, Giuseppe Stanzione, for a special series of events.
After cooking at two events in New York City, the team from Italy will head to Eden Roc Cap Cana to headline a culinary week that will bring together the best of the Amalfi Coast at its Oceanside restaurant – La Palapa.
Special Events will include:
  • Jan 30 -Eden Roc Cap Cana welcomes Amalfi with a Cocktail under the Stars on one of the most beautiful beaches in the Caribbean; 

  • Jan 31 -Feb 7: Amalfi Menu in La Palapa Restaurant of Eden Roc and Two Special Amalfi Dishes in Eden Roc’s Fine Dining Mediterraneo; 

  • Feb 1 -Gala Dinner Amalfi in Cap Cana. A four hands dinner by Chefs Giuseppe Stanzione and Adriano Venturini; 

  • Feb 6 -Final Amalfi Dinner under the stars on the Beach of Eden Roc Cap Cana;
