A seducing makeover inspired by the ancient Spice trade route evokes the luxury of colonial exoticism and makes the ambience refined and intriguing.

The interior’s color palate fades from gold to brown, the elegant veined marble floor is opposed to a dark teak wood-beam ceiling while the central concept runs along the walls.

A precious silk wallpaper printed “en brunaille” portrays the route that leads from Portugal to Brazil, and then to Indonesia across the Horn of Africa: a narrative in stages, through flora and fauna, to bring precious spices from Far East to Europe.

This restyling perfectly compliments Chef Enrico Bartolini’s cuisine, a modern twist on the traditional flavors of the Venetian Lagoon. With this reimagining of The Glam, we are sure that more surprises will be in store for guests experiencing this incredible culinary journey.
