The Classic rooms are furnished in typical Swiss mountain style.
The south-facing Superior rooms offer a great view over the Swiss Alps. The north-facing Superior rooms face the hotel entrance, but are furnished with a corner seating arrangement and are more spacious.
The Small Double rooms exude a very special charm and offer 2 different sizes. The smaller rooms offers a restricted view to the north, while the south-facing location provides a superb view of the mountains.
One of the largest rooms are the renovated and elegant Deluxe rooms. They provide plenty of space, a comfortable corner seating arrangement and a breathtaking view over the Swiss Alps.

If you love Italian cooking, be sure to visit “Gildo’s Ristorante.” Select internationally renowned chefs prepare authentic Italian dishes. The restaurant was named after their Maître d’hôtel Gildo Bocchini, who has been one of the hosts at the Palace since the 1960s.
To try typical Swiss dishes during your stay, visit the cozy “La Fromagerie.” They serve typical Swiss specialties in a rustic setting with lots of wood and red and white checked decoration. Try the legendary truffle and Champagne cheese fondue or a traditional raclette.
Be indulged by the chefs’ haute cuisine and creativity at “Le Grand Restaurant” and on the “La Grande Terrasse.” The restaurant exudes a new glamour in elegant design. Experience an oasis of tranquility 5,905 feet above Gsteig. The Walig Hut offers a breathtaking view over Gstaad and the Saanenland region. The authentic Swiss alpine hut was built in 1786 and has only been slightly renovated since then. As a result, it has preserved its simplicity.
Gstaad Palace offers guests an exclusive lunch or dinner for 4 to 14 people at the Walig Hut. Guests can stay overnight, but a maximum of 2 adults and 2 children. A 3—course menu with starter, simple main course and dessert with swiss wine, mineral water and coffee is served for lunch and dinner.
